Sandy Deerman - Producer

Sandy Steele Deerman’s journey through the world of theater and film is truly inspiring. Her early exposure to live theater, particularly her mentorship under the esteemed Mark Medoff, sets the stage for her lifelong passion for the arts. Playing a main character in one of Mr. Medoff’s original works, Kringle’s Window, was a formative experience that cemented her connection to the creative process.

Her transition from theater to film demonstrates her versatility, and her time on the sets of the short films 3 and Cowboy Billieoffered invaluable hands-on experience. Being both an extra and a producer gave her a unique perspective on the filmmaking process. It’s clear that her involvement in these projects, especially 3, was more than just a role—it was a deep, immersive experience that prepared her for the challenges of producing a feature film.

As a producer of 3, Sandy’s contributions are essential to its success. Collaborating with the cast, crew, and production team allows her to bring her vision to life and navigate the complexities of filmmaking. The theme of 3, questioning what one would do if they knew when their life would end, is a thought-provoking concept that adds depth to the film.

Sandy’s journey is a perfect blend of dedication to her craft, her ability to adapt to different aspects of the film industry, and a profound understanding of storytelling. What’s next for her in this exciting industry?

Parker Clark - Producer

Parker Clark’s journey into the world of books, films, and acting is a story of passion, persistence, and creativity. Growing up immersed in the rich worlds of literature and classic films, particularly those of Lon Chaney and Bela Lugosi, he was able to nurture his imagination from an early age. His love for the magic of storytelling, both on the page and the screen, became a driving force throughout his life. The turning point came in 4th grade when he was cast as “Fats” in a school play, marking the beginning of his acting career. His experience in local live theater and dinner theater in Tyler, Texas, deepened his connection to acting and performance.

The moment Parker got to work with Peter Ney was a game-changer. His introduction to Peter came at just the right time—Peter had driven to Tyler to scout locations for two short films, one of which was a precursor to the feature film 3. What followed was a whirlwind of collaboration, learning, and passion, as Parker, Peter, and Sandy Deerman formed Tiburon Films, LLC. Together, they embarked on the exciting journey of turning 3 into a feature film. Parker looks back on that experience as one of the greatest joys of his life—a testament to his dedication and the power of seizing opportunities.

Now, with a wealth of experience under his belt, Parker is ready for the next chapter of his filmmaking journey. Whether it's movies, short films, documentaries, commercials, or music videos, he's eager to take on new projects. His enthusiasm is infectious as he invites others to join him on this adventure. Dream big, as Parker would say—because with passion and perseverance, anything is possible.
